"Honestly surprised by how fast it gets here"
I’ve ordered from onlynaturalpet.com a handful of times now, and every time I’m like, okay, let’s see how long this takes… and then it shows up way sooner than I expected. It’s kind of exciting but also a relief, especially when I’m running low on stuff for my pets and starting to stress a little. The boxes have always arrived in good shape, tracking is simple to follow, and so far nothing has been missing or late. I don’t want to jinx it, but I’m genuinely happy with how dependable they’ve been.

"Return was fine, just a bit slow"
I ordered a few pet items, but one of them just didn’t work out for my dog. Starting the return was simple, so that part was fine, but something about it felt a little slower than I expected. I had to check in once before the refund finally showed up. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest either. I’d probably order again, but only if I felt sure about the product

"Really helped my dog’s itchy skin"
I’ve been happy with this food so far. It seems like good quality, and after a few weeks my dog’s itchy skin started to calm down a lot. I know other dog owners deal with the same scratching and skin issues, so I’d definitely say it’s worth trying if you’re looking for something that might help

"Wish I’d Found These Prices Sooner"
The prices are good for pet stuff, and everything I got feels worth what I paid. My only gripe is bad timing on my part, I had just bought a few things elsewhere before finding these cheaper. Still, I’d definitely come back next time.

"Gives me peace of mind with my dog"
I like that it’s made with natural ingredients, and the biggest thing for me is that my dog hasn’t had any weird reactions so far. It just feels like a safer, more practical choice for something I can use without worrying every time

Ordered pet food from onlynaturalpet.com and had a quick shipping question, so I reached out to customer service.
They were polite and did get back to me, just not super fast. Took a couple days and one follow-up from me.
Issue got solved in the end, so it was fine overall. Just wish replies came sooner.
